Indian citizens abroad in danger

The news that the businessman Jadhav was sentenced to death in Pakistan , is extremely unfortunate and indicates that indian citizens abroad are in danger. He was allegedly kidnapped when in Iran and is accused of being a spy, involved in espionage. The indian government should immediately take action and ensure that he is released, so that he does not meet the fate of sarabjit , who was allegedly killed.
Sarabjit was allegedly a spy, and his death highlighted the issue, that R&AW would conveniently ignore their spies when they were caught, unlike countries like Israel, who manage to get their citizens out of any problem that they are facing. R&AW allegedly refuses to acknowledge the fact that Sarabjit and others caught in Pakistan are spies, and they are left to fend for themselves
The indian government should rethink the way it is handling problems, with the large scale boycott of elections in srinagar, with less than 7% voting reported by the election commission
